White Christmas

People are happy to get White Christmas, and 2008 is certainly one in Lawrence. There was light Snow fall on night of 23rd December 2008.

The pug marks of chipmunks were very interesting in the snow.

Light snow has given a nice effect.

Winter is around the corner

A beautiful Sunday morning. Just watched outside the window and WOW. First snow of the season.

Immiditely came out and started looking around. A dramatic change in the whole scene for the Saturday evening.

Snow was accumulated on Grass

and Tree trunks

and garden benches.

And kids busy playing with the snow

And actually managed to make a miniature Snowman too.

Fall Season is here

The Fall has begun, and I missed some part of it due to my travel. I decided to take a walk in KU campus to capture some colors.

Fall really has amazing range of colors, though usually we think of Yellow and Orange only. These trees have turned brown near Stouffer Place Apartments, Burge Union.

This is outside Lindley Hall.

Art & Design Building.

View from Marvin Hall, overlooking Stadium.

This last one is in front of Marvin Hall. More pictures to come soon. Keep visiting the blog.

Fall of 2008 Part 2

The Fall season colors continued from previous post ...

In front of Strong Hall

And this one opposite Watson Library

Near Wescoe Hall.

Opposite Snow Hall.

Near Marvin Hall again.

I am speechless to see these beauties.
